El Divino Salvador and Island Presbyterian Churches (IPC) in Corpus Christi, TX seek a “SHARED” pastor to serve two part- time stated supply positions to create a full-time position.  The position includes the use of El Divino Salvador’s manse, a 3-bedroom, 2 bath, 1 car garage home on campus.  In addition to the manse the compensation includes $65,000 to be divided as the pastor desires between salary, board of pensions & insurance benefits.  El Divino Salvador is an inner-city church of Corpus Christi where the ethnic makeup is predominantly Hispanic.  IPC is located on North Padre Island within the city limits of Corpus Christi, in a neighborhood located on the barrier island of Padre Island and is predominantly white in ethnic makeup.   The churches are located 16 miles apart, which is about a 20-minute drive.  The congregations look forward to sharing new ways of worship, customs, heritages, and experiences.  The congregations want to capitalize on each other’s strengths to advance their missions for the Lord.  For more information, job descriptions, etc., go to:  www.islandpresby.com/shared  to submit a resume and letter of application email; shared@islandpresby.com .  Bilingual not required but would be a plus.
